Subscription Terms and Conditions – IQLogic

These Subscription Terms and Conditions govern the subscription services offered on the website {url}. By subscribing, the user agrees to comply with the present terms and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Purpose of the Subscription

IQLogic offers a digital-only subscription service that provides access to a personalized member area designed to support users in their cognitive and personal development journey.

The subscription includes:

  • Access to a library of digital e-books (readable online or downloadable), covering topics such as reasoning, memory, logic, language, focus, mental performance, and more.
  • Access to detailed results of completed tests, which remain available in the user's personal space.
  • Unlimited use of a wide range of interactive cognitive tests (IQ, logical reasoning, memory, attention, personality, etc.) designed to measure and improve mental performance.
  • Personalized recommendations based on test results, user behavior, and content available in the e-book library.
  • Access to future content and features, exclusively reserved for subscribers.

All services provided by IQLogic are entirely digital and designed to evolve continuously.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Trial Period

New users may benefit from a 24-hour trial period at a cost of €0.50. This trial gives full access to the member area and its features for the duration of the period.

Trial fees are non-refundable.

2.2 Premium Subscription

At the end of the trial, unless cancelled beforehand, the user is automatically enrolled in the IQLogic Premium Subscription.

  • Monthly fee: €49.70 (VAT included).
  • The subscription renews automatically every month.
  • The subscription can be cancelled at any time.
  • The Premium plan grants full access to all the features described in section 1, without usage limits, for as long as the subscription remains active.

3. Cancellation

The subscription can be cancelled at any time:

  • from within the user account dashboard,
  • or by contacting customer support at contact@iqlogic.co.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for any period already started.

4. Support and Refunds

Any issues related to billing, access to digital services, or technical difficulties should be reported to {email}, including all relevant account information.

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis in the event of a clear billing error or extended technical malfunction.

5. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through the IQLogic member area — including e-books, tests, reports, and recommendations — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This content is strictly reserved for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, or sharing of this content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

6. Service Evolution

IQLogic reserves the right to modify or expand the digital services at any time, including the addition of:

  • new e-books to the library,
  • new cognitive tests,
  • personalized tracking tools,
  • or any other feature that enhances the cognitive and personal development experience.

These updates are included in the existing subscription at no additional cost to the subscriber.
