IQlogic.co offers users an online IQ test, followed by access to additional personalized content (reports, analytics, statistics, etc.).

Users may first access the service through a 48-hour free trial, after which continued access requires a paid subscription.

3. Access Requirements

The service is only available to individuals over the age of 18 who have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Users agree to provide accurate personal information upon registration and to keep their profile up to date.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Trial

New users are granted a 48-hour free trial with full access to the platform, billed at €0.00.

4.2 Paid Subscription

At the end of the trial period, unless the user cancels, a monthly subscription will automatically begin at the price of €47.90 (incl. VAT).

The subscription will automatically renew each month on the anniversary date of the initial registration until canceled.

5. Withdrawal Policy

5.1 No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

In accordance with EU consumer law (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code), the user waives the right of withdrawal once digital content has been accessed during the trial or subscription period.

By accepting the free trial, the user expressly agrees to the immediate start of the service and acknowledges that they waive their right of withdrawal.

IQlogic.co provides a test for entertainment and informational purposes only. The results are not intended to serve as a scientific evaluation, psychological diagnosis, or educational assessment.

The user acknowledges that they use the service at their own risk. The company is not liable for temporary or permanent unavailability of the service, data loss, or malfunctions due to force majeure or maintenance operations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Site (texts, visuals, structure, databases, software, etc.) is the exclusive property of Zeyno Solutions B.V., unless otherwise stated.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.
